Vessi Kapoulian is the Founder of Dream Believe Achieve Capital Group, a real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA.

Vessi helps high achieving professionals and business owners generate passive income streams and create tax efficiencies via well vetted cash flowing investments in commercial real estate.

Before becoming a full-time investor, Vessi spent years in commercial lending, where she managed a global $1BN+ credit portfolio of middle market enterprises, including real estate. That experience shaped her disciplined, risk-first approach to underwriting and capital allocation – a perspective she now brings to every investment decision.

Today, Vessi manages a portfolio of investor real estate properties in FL, TN, and GA (~$80MM AUM) and also invests passively in select opportunities.

Vessi is the bestselling author of Mastering Multifamily Underwriting and a frequent speaker on risk management, underwriting discipline, and passive investing strategy.

Her mission is simple: help high-achieving professionals protect the downside, build durable passive income, and create long-term optionality for their families.

Vessi has earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Northwestern University.
